NOTICE: Holiday Return Policy
Orders placed between November 1 to December 15 are eligible for return request up until January 15.
Attention Shop App Users
For users shopping our catalog using the Shop app, please note that important details such as lead times and final sale markers are missing from the data it's providing. You may also encounter issues with tracking your order in some cases depending on the carrier. While we endorse the usage of the Shop app, we recommend visiting our website product pages prior to ordering to ensure you're fully informed on your purchases.
Need to return something?
Items within 30 days of being delivered are eligible for return if the following is met:
- Must be in new condition and showing no signs of use, wear, and/or damage.
- Must have their original tags, documents, literature and their packaging including plastic, foam and paper used to pack and protect in tact.
- Were not 'taken out for a ride'.
For returns on oversized items, shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns from remote or beyond destination locations may be subject to additional return fees. If you're unsure if your delivery address might be one of these locations, please reach out to shop@rideriverside.ca for clarification.
Items delivered to the United States cannot be returned or exchanged.
Electrical components, socks and undergarments, tools and clearance items are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Electric bikes and Stryker boats can only be returned in the state they were received, remaining in the original packaging. Shipping charges for returns on electric bikes and Stryker boats are the customer's responsibility.
Request a Return
- Submit your return request via email to shop@rideriverside.com
- Provide your name and order number.
- We will let you know we are processing your request, and may ask for additional information.
- Upon accepting your request, we will send you a return label you can print at home to place on the package for you to take to the nearest shipping outlet of the corresponding label, typically Purolator or Canada post depending on your location.
- You will be emailed once your refund has been issued.
- Please note: Return labels cost $12 +tax and will be deducted from the refund.
- Return labels for items being returned from the northern provinces or remote locations may have additional costs.
Exchanges
Your return will be processed as a refund to the original method of payment, so please simply place a new order for the replacement product.
Cancellations
Cancellations typically incur no fees unless they were marked with a Shipping & Pickup wait time of 3-7 business days or greater. If a cancellation takes place during transit between warehouses, there will be a $12 +tax deduction from a refund.
Good Faith Expectation
All return policies are upheld under the expectation of your good faith. This includes but is not limited to, providing accurate information, making payments as agreed, and respecting our policies and procedures without the intent to exploit.
