DESCRIPTION

A match made in heaven: you need a thermostat so your engine can heat up and run like it was designed to, and what better place to run all that warm coolant than C3 CenterFlow Heated Handlebars, right under your grips to keep your hands nice and toasty. Two upgrades that make a very noticeable improvement to your snowbiking experience, bundled together. The bundle includes everything you need, including bypass lines and return connections, with a 90°C (195°F) thermostat.

The colour option refers to the anodized thermostat housing. Choose the bike model above for the direct-fit thermostat kit.

• Thermostat helps the bike heat up to and maintain the 90°C/195°F operating temperature it was designed for, so the EFI leaves warm-up mode
• Direct-fit "factory custom" thermostat docks right to the engine, closest to the cylinder for an accurate temperature reading; no cutting or messing around with hoses
• Pipe thread ports designed to accept the C3 Heated Handlebars and a Trail Tech TTO temp gauge
• Bleed hole plus included bypass line ensures slow circulation until the thermostat opens; industry exclusive "del-ring" redundant backup seals
• CenterFlow heated handlebars run warm engine coolant through the bars; warm-up is quick and heat output is far stronger than electric grips
• Industry-exclusive integrated control: adjust the heat output with the flow-control valve mounted right at your cockpit
• No-weld design with CNC precision-machined internals; modifications are in the centre area between the bar mounts where stress is essentially zero
• Guaranteed as strong or stronger than stock bars: top-grade 7000-series alloy with profiled wall thickness, neutral and natural custom bend (about 9° upsweep, 14° backsweep)
• Built-in tapped ends for the C3 FORCEFIELD Handguards, with standoff between the grips and basher bars
• Quick install thanks to push-to-connect fittings and durable braided nylon lines

Notes

• Bars are 1-1/8" fat bar diameter and fit most OEM mounts; risers may be needed on certain Honda and Kawasaki bikes, and one-piece bridged bar clamps (some KTM XC-Fs and the 2023 KTM 450 SX-F) are incompatible without risers
• Will not fit 7/8" bar mounts
• Factory Edition models are one year ahead: a 2022 Factory Edition uses the 2023 selection
